Carickex Terms & Conditions

Carickex (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform operating at https://carickex.app. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Carickex and its users.

These terms apply in both English and Bangla. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. Carickex reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• This platform is intended for personal and entertainment purposes only.
• Betting on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• All decisions made by Carickex are final and binding.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with Carickex. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time and all balances may be forfeited.

Age & Identity

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, address, and mobile number.
• As part of KYC verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID or passport.
• Only one account may be created per phone number and email address.

Account Verification

After registration, Carickex reserves the right to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. The verification process may take up to 72 hours.

Carickex currently accepts the following payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• bKash: Minimum ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Nagad: Minimum ৳500, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Rocket: Minimum ৳500 and maximum ৳25,000 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳1,000 and maximum ৳2,00,000 per transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 3–6 hours. There are no additional charges for deposits, though your payment gateway may apply its own fees.

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw winnings. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without completed verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawal requests may take 24–48 hours to process.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted in a single day, but the daily limit must not be exceeded.

Carickex may request additional documentation for suspicious transactions and reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if deemed necessary.

Please read these rules carefully before placing any bets on Carickex. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

• Minimum bet: ৳50.
• Maximum bet: varies by event and market — generally up to ৳1,00,000.
• Both Single Bets and multi-selection bets (Accumulator/Parlay) are available.

Event Cancellation & Result Changes

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. If a match is interrupted due to a natural disaster or official intervention, Carickex's decision will be final.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time you place a bet may shift before your request reaches the server. Carickex reserves the right to confirm or reject bets at the updated odds.

Carickex regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• A minimum deposit is required to qualify for the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you will typically need to meet the wagering requirement (x15 to x30).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Carickex reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Carickex. Any account found engaging in them will be immediately suspended or permanently closed.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Attempting to exploit the system through betting arbitrage or the Martingale strategy.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to interfere with the system through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
• Placing bets involving match-fixing or the use of insider information.
• Placing bets on behalf of or for a minor.

Carickex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a terms violation.
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• False information found during KYC verification.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Following a closure request, any existing balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after verification.

Carickex treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. Our Privacy Policy is published separately and forms part of these terms and conditions.

• Your information will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
• All data is kept secure through SSL encryption.

Carickex accepts no liability in the following cases.

• Bets lost due to internet connection failure.
• Losses caused by faults in the user's own device or software.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Temporary platform unavailability due to unexpected technical issues.

In the event of a technical error on the Carickex platform resulting in bets being placed at incorrect odds, Carickex reserves the right to apply the correct odds or void the bet.

Carickex reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
